WOLVES boss Mick McCarthy has admitted he is not looking forward to his trip to East Lancashire.

The Molineux outfit have had a difficult start to the season and McCarthy is not expecting things to get any easier at Turf Moor tomorrow.

The former Republic of Ireland manager has been busy in the transfer market this week and is hoping his new boys can make an impression.

He said: "Burnley will be a tough game - it is not an easy place to go. I say it every week but there are no easy games in the Championship.

"It doesn't tend to happen too often where you come away feeling you have had a nice comfortable game.

"Burnley have had a very good start, Steve Cotterill has got them very well organised and they look good defensively.

"I think they've only conceded one goal so far so it might take a bit of skill from one of our new boys or a free-kick or a corner to get that goal."
