Colne face a home tie against Sheffield side Hallam and will be hoping to carry on the good work from another cup competition.
In midweek they faced Unibond neighbours Clitheroe in the Lancashire FA Trophy and went through virtue of a second-half Ted Cockett goal.
That brought them some relief from their current league struggles and manager Nigel Coates will be looking for further encouragement with a good result tomorrow
