JUST a thank-you to the two Hyndburn workers who spent a couple of hours in terrible conditions clearing a blocked gulley/grate at their side entrance to Cut Wood and Cut Lane.
Working in two feet of floodwater, they did a remarkable job and saved possible flooding of more properties. Well done, you were brilliant.
