CLITHEROE Town Council marshals are a very visible presence thanks to local employers.
3M Health gave them 20 high-visibility vests after volunteer marshal Phillip Hodgson, who works at 3M's Clitheroe site, asked for help.
Town clerk Ian Woolstencroft said: "The new vests are smarter and will keep them safer."
Safety manager Bob Wilkinson said: "The reflective material will make sure they are easily seen by drivers."
