RE the sell-off of Blackburn Transport by Blackburn with Darwen Council.
It would be a disgrace if the council was to give up its buses and coaches as it's good value for money.
If it does sell off, that could mean our council tax would have to be revised, as part of it goes on transport.
This council has sold off council houses and land for new houses or business parks etc., so why have taxes not gone down?
I suppose in 2006 our council tax will go up again, it has been rumoured by as much as £100.
If that does happen then there would be demonstrations all over this land and the people would then know what this government and the councils were like and vote them out.
They can't even tell us the truth about everything and that is why there are a lot of people who don't trust them and I don't blame them.
