A DISUSED mill building in Burnley has been destroyed by fire.
The blaze in part of Livingstone Mill, in Cameron Street, at 1.20am, yesterday, is believed to have been started deliberately. Firefighters said the building was well alight when they arrived on the scene.
Three fire engines attended the scene - two from Burnley and one from Nelson.
Water was pumped from the canal through three jets to extinguish the blaze. Firefighters were on the scene for over four hours.
