A SOLDIER and his brother were involved in a drunken melee outside a nightclub, a court was told.
Burnley magistrates heard how Anthony Fitzpatrick, 19 and Michael Fitzpatrick, 18, both ended up arrested after the trouble outside Zebras, in Colne.
Anthony, who is in the Army, had been thrown out of the premises and Michael got involved on his brother's behalf as police tried to prevent trouble.
The brothers, of Clifford Street, Colne, both admitted being drunk and disorderly in Keighley Road.
Anthony, who was in breach of a conditional discharge imposed in January, was fined £50 with £50 compensation and £55 costs. Michael was fined £50 with £55 costs.
