NEW licensees and brewery bosses raised a toast for the opening of a £1million pub investment.
The Red Lion in Whitebirk, Blackburn, has re-opened after a complete refurbishment.
Manchester brewery J W Lees has spent £1million on buying and refurbishing the grade two listed building.
The Red Lion now has a lounge bar and a 65-seat restaurant with a traditional menu.
And locals are in for a treat when they return as new landlady Mandy Finch is a calendar girl.
Mandy, 31, who has taken charge of the pub with partner Simon Brennan, was chosen along with 11 other girls who work in the brewery's pubs to grace the J W Lees calendar for next year.
Mandy is Miss December.
She said: "It was a fantastic experience and I'm really pleased with the outcome."
