DETECTIVES in Blackburn were hunting a man they described as 'despicable' who conned his way into the home of an elderly blind woman.
He pretended he was a friend wanting a glass of water and pushed past the woman, knocking her to the ground before searching the Whitebirk house and leaving empty-handed.
