MAY I express my disgust at the attitude of the resigned councillors who gained their seats with the Labour banner and were voted in by constituents on this basis.
They are now touting their councillorship round the other main parties like a cheap market without either regard or respect for their voters.
The response of the Lib-Dems is hardly less tawdry as they would gladly take up their unconstitutional opportunity.
Let us hope the Conservatives have a little more respect for the voters.
