BURNLEY'S Rose and Crown pub is getting a dramatic facelift - costing more than £150,000.
Punch Taverns, bosses of the Manchester Road venue, are carrying out a series of improvements with an emphasis on making it a leading 'community' pub.
As part of the work, regulars will be greeted by a redecorated, redesigned interior.
A spokesman for Punch Taverns said: "Work includes knocking down internal walls to create an open plan scheme. There will be a new and extended bar area and new games area as part of the project."
Work is expected to finish in a few weeks.
