NIMBLE fingers will be the order of the day at several East Lancashire pubs.
Brewers Fayre has challenged Western customers to prove their agility with the chopsticks - in order to sample a new menu.
At Langroyd Hall, in Colne, and the Spread Eagle, in Mellor, the sweet and sour lemon chicken dish will be served with the traditional Chinese implements.
A spokesman for the Spread Eagle said: "The chopsticks have gone down a storm with the new dish. But we've had the most entertainment from watching customers trying to eat their steak and kidney pie or gammon steak with them."
