A 13-YEAR-old boy broke his leg and was rescued by firefighters after falling 13 feet off the George Street Bridge on to the bank of the River Blakewater in Blackburn.
The Bishop of Blackburn, Dr W.M. Ashwith, was completing his duties before becoming the Bishop of Gloucester.
