HE'S been Leigh RMI's Sol Campbell - the integral defender whose contributions to the causes of the past four seasons have meant more than most.
But Hilton Park will be without the imposing figure of Neil Durkin for the new season after he was ruled out of action for 10 months following knee surgery.
"He's already had attention to the medial ligaments but obviously the injury is a big blow to Neil", said manager Phil Starbuck.
"We wish him all the best in his rehabilitation and we will do the very best to be there for him in his recovery."
