PLAYERS from Tottington Public Band are hoping to raise plenty of brass at their concert on Saturday night (26 June).
Musicians from the group are to visit Bury's twin town of Schorndorf at the end of July, and hope to generate some extra cash for the trip.
They will air a selection of music to be played on the tour, and the evening features guests soloists from Fairey's Brass Band.
The concert takes place at Tottington St Anne's Church hall and begins at 8pm. Tickets are available on the door costing £2.50.
Raffle prizes donated by local businesses will be up for grabs and refreshments are available.
Bass player Rob Ashton said: "It will be a fun-filled musical night.
"We want to raise as much as we can, and have chosen pieces that we think will be popular with everybody."
