Shrewsbury striker Jody Banimhas joined Stanley on a three month loan, with a view to signing a permanent deal. Jody started his career as a trainee at Manchester United, and was a prolific goalscorer at Radcliffe Borough, scoring 97 goals in 125 league appearances. Stanley did show an interest in bringing him to the Interlink Express Stadium at the end of last year, however he made the move to Shrewsburyfor £20,000 in December last year where he made 7 starts and 8 sub appearances, scoring twice.
