POLICE must today release or charge a Blackburn man held in custody for two weeks since arrest at gunpoint by anti-terrorist officers.
Junaid Feroze, of Malham Gardens, is one of nine men who have been held at Paddington Green Police Station, Central London.
Father-of-three Mr Feroze, 28, was arrested when police swooped on the gold Mercedes he was travelling in along Preston Old Road, Cherry Tree. His passenger was also arrested but released without charge after four days.
The maximum time Mr Feroze can be held in custody expires late this afternoon.
