I AM sick and tired of people such as Coun Andy Kay who condones legalised theft from the people of Blackburn.
When a shopper parks his or her car on the Market car park in Blackburn they are expected to estimate exactly how long they are likely to be, otherwise they will be fined.
On the Millennium private car park in Burnley you are issued a ticket as you enter.
When you return, you enter the ticket into a pay machine that tells you how much you have to pay up to a maximum of £2.20 per day.
Then as you exit the car park you return the ticket at the barrier -- in all a simple and honest procedure.
