ROSSENDALE Valley Sounds - a community wind band - is celebrating its 10th anniversary in October.
The group is organising a special event to be held on Saturday, October 9, and band members are hoping that past and present members and their families will join in the celebrations.
Christine Hudson, honorary secretary of the band, said the event would be held at All Saints High School, Rawtenstall, starting at 2pm.
She added: "Members of the band will get together and rehearse a piece of music from scratch.
"In the evening they will perform a short concert followed by a celidh."
