HAS anyone else noticed that a section of pavement on Rochdale Road, Bury is being used as a car park-cum-garage?
Mums with prams are having to skirt around cars -- predominantly black cabs -- which are having running repairs done to them. Double yellow lines are being ignored yet police cars are passing all day as it is the quickest route from the police tation to the motorway.
