SADIST vandals cut off a pet horse's tail in an Oswaldtwistle allotment.
April, a 10-year-old black and white mare, was also pelted with bricks and sharp objects in the assault.
Owner Yvonne Eddleston said the horse had lived at the White Ash allotments for a year and that nothing like this had ever happened before.
She called police after finding April's tail and mane lying in a field.
