FOLLOWING promising results in June's local elections, the Community Action Party have decided to field three candidates in Wigan in the next General Election.
Community Action Party press officer Sean Ashdown said: "People are feeling more and more disaffected by the current New Labour administration and the Community Action Party are simply speaking and acting on behalf of communities throughout the borough of Wigan."
The party is currently preparing its manifesto, and says it will focus on the issues raised in the local elections.
