PAUL Butler clocked a respectable 21mins 28 secs on hisdebut for Astley & Tyldesley Road Runners in the Radcliffe 5k.
The rest of the runners competed in the Birchwood 10k. Anthony Battersby ran a personal best of 36:18, Mike Entwistle won the V55 catagory in 36:48 and Nick White ran 41:11 on his first outing for the club. Shaun Moran, John Lee, Gary Stevens and Craig Bradbury all ran slower times than anticipated.
