PEOPLE aged from 16 to 25 can become "Dramatically Fitter" and lose weight by taking up free sessions.
The ten-week course includes exercises and advice about diet and lifestyle, and participants will also receive a pass to use at Bury's Castle Leisure Centre in their own time.
Classes start on September 30 at Bury College's Millennium Centre in Market Street, Bury and run for ten Thursdays between 5.30pm and 7.30pm.
The Dramatically Fitter programme is funded by the National Heart Research Fund, Bury Council and Bury Primary Care Trust, with Bury College as major partners.
