HOW best to create a learning climate and the right culture for businesses will be highlighted at the latest PACE network seminar.
The event will take place at Business Solutions at Link House, Bury, on Tuesday, September 21, between 3pm and 5pm.
Many successful organisations respond to market challenges by building a learning organisation. These achieve success by enhancing the capabilities of their workforce and promoting a culture which produces flexible, adaptable and employees comfortable with change.
At the PACE Network meeting, Mike Stirzaker of Prescience Ltd will lead the seminar and advise those attending how to create such a learning organisation.
He will also assess the key role of the manager as a mentor and coach. The aim of the event is to allow delegates to recognise that learning is a vital tool in gaining a competitive edge.
The cost of the seminar is £10 per person for non-PACE members. To reserve a place, contact Michelle Lomax on (0161) 765 3662 or e-mail her at mlomax@
