A LACKLUSTRE first half performance sealed the Leigh Miners Rangers' U12s fate against Portico, turning round 18-0 down.
The second half was the exact opposite and despite tiring and playing into a strong wind the Rangers worked hard for each other and were very unlucky not to get on the scoresheet, the only try being a lucky interception from Portico.
There were good individual performances came from Balmer, Slater and Haseldine who was MoM.
