MEET Bury Football Club's youngest signings!
The 'Little Shakers' will be playing every day of the week at Gigg Lane, the home of their new playgroup.
Bury FC has teamed up with registered child minders Linda Dawson and Nikki Whittaker to provide the service.
As the latest venture by Bury FC's Football in The Community programme, the aim of the project is to forge links with families.
Mums and dads will be welcome to enjoy a cup of tea alongside the sessions, which kicked off this week and runs from 10am to noon.
Strikers Jon Newby and Colin Kazim-Richards put in an appearance for the first session.
Assistant community officer Shaun Danby said: 'This is a great local initiative being developed here at Bury FC. No doubt, there is still a lot of work to do after the launch, but we feel we have the right people in place to make this new venture a success.'
Community officer Stephen Raynor: 'It is great to see another partnership blossoming here at Bury FC.
'You never know, one day a star of the future may be being nurtured here right under our very noses.'
