DECISION on whether a judicial review can be held into the future funding of the Re:d Centre in Bury is expected to be made later this month.
Bury Council had until Tuesday of this week to put before the court their reasons for cutting £235,000 from the centre's funding after campaigners began a class action against it.
The Re:d Centre, in Morley Street, will continue to be funded by the council until the court has made its decision.
