A cabaret-style evening featuring light music and comedy will be held at Unsworth Cricket Club.
Bury Metro Community Twinning Association is staging the evening on Wednesday to raise funds for its own group and Bury Hospice.
Dance band "Major Minor" will provide the music, while actress Sue Coutts, of Whitefield Garrick Theatre, will perform a monologue, entitled Harry's Party.
The event will take place at the club in Pole Lane at 7.30pm. Tickets are £10 per person, and further details are available from Alan Shillaker on 980 5928 or Jean Howcroft on 766 7194.
Plans are now in place for 26 members of the association to travel to Tulle on April 14 for a five-day stay.
