Nikhil Kapoor (Sanjay Suri) is a champion swimmer in Goa, India who has sacrificed a lot to get to the top. However, his life is shattered when he learns he is HIV Positive. His family rally round him at first but then as tempers fray his relationship with his parents suffers.
Yet, his sister played by Juhi Chawla is determined to support her brother in whatever circumstances. This heart-warming family drama is one of the first movies by director Onir who deals with a sensitive issue and keeps the audience totally captivated.
A good effort and definitely worth a watch.
