A DISUSED snooker hall in High Street, Golborne, will be converted into six apartments if plans by Mr T Rizzlito, of Welbeck Road, Southport, are given the go-ahead by Wigan planners.
Among the latest plans before the council are an application for the change of use of the Post Office at 536, Atherton Road, Hindley, to a dog grooming salon for Julie Sorby, of Alderley Road, HIndley, and an application from Sovereign Properties Ltd, of Bury, to build a three storey apartment block containing nine flats at 54, Firs Lane, Leigh.
