MEMBERS and friends of the Rotary Club of Radcliffe enjoyed a special meal on Saturday in honour of the club's president, Mike Edwards.
The President's Evening took place at the Watermillock restaurant in Bolton where members enjoyed good food and piano music, and the company of Mike and his wife, Kay, who is also Inner Wheel chairman this year.
Daffodils planted in Radcliffe by the Rotary Club have begun to spring up around the town. Areas of Outwood, including Ringley Road, and Bury-Bolton Road are now covered with the flowers.
