The Proposed Way Forward is the latest version of the Councils' Core Strategy and is out to public consultation between 16th November and 18th December 2009.
The Proposed Way Forward sets out the Councils' preferred approach to future development within Rossendale up to 2027. It is the planning document from which all other planning documents will descend and to which all future documents must accord with.
Every household in Rossendale should receive a leaflet about the Proposed Way Forward between the 16th and 20th November 2009, including information on where to view it and how to comment on it.
