We are looking for an individual who will take pride in the efficient service they will provide, as part of our lively and busy distribution department.

As the successful candidate, you will manage a team of approximately 20 field based Area Organisers and a large team of Distributors. You will ensure that we meet newspaper delivery deadlines and meet regularly with your Area Organisers to resolve any issues with their agencies.

You will take a leading role in the recruitment of Distributors, as well as monitoring and controlling a variety of paperwork to ensure that we comply with the required legislation.

Working to key performance indicators, you will thrive in a busy and diverse department delivering excellent service levels both in the office and field based environment.

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will have a professional outlook, be computer literate, self motivated and able to work as part of a team. Good organisational and communication skills are paramount and managerial experience would be advantageous but not essential. You will hold a current driving licence and have access to your own transport.
