THE OWNERS of the Fanny Grey pub, in High Lane, Salterforth, are celebrating after being awarded a coveted Les Routiers plaque in recognition of the cuisine being served at the establishment.
Les Routiers is a renowned and widely respected guide with an extensive collection of quality UK establishments, from speciality food producers and farm shops to bed and breakfast establishments, hotels, restaurants, cafés, pubs and inns.
Les Routiers establishments must fulfil a number of criteria in order to qualify for membership: they should offer clean, comfortable facilities, good quality food and/or drink, provide a welcoming environment, good service and reasonable value-for-money.
