A NAME was randomly drawn out of a box to decide who won a seat on Birchwood Town Council after a tie in votes.
The parish council results were declared at Birchwood Community Hub today, Sunday.
In the election for seats on Birchwood Town Council, in the Gorse Covert ward, the turnout was 38.48 per cent.
