A HUMAN resources company has responded to easing in lockdown restrictions with a move into new offices.

Burnley-based CUBE HR works to help resolve workplace disputes, to interpret employment law and help with recruitment and employee retention for its clients.

During lockdown, the company, now based at the Business First Burnley Business Centre on Empire Way, continued to expand and, with restrictions starting to lift, decided the time was right to move into the new offices.

A spokesperson for the company said: "CUBE HR has seen extensive growth over the past twelve months, with the recruitment of an additional HR consultant and a marketing assistant, so we decided it was about time we got our own office space.

"Last week we moved into a lovely spacious office at Business First in Burnley, where we can meet as a team, socially distanced of course, and there's plenty of room for us to keep on growing!

"We're really excited about the move as it shows just how much CUBE HR has developed over the past three years and blends in nicely with our plans for expansion.

"We're hoping to welcome visitors once the next round of restrictions is lifted."

As well as its usual services, CUBE HR has had to adapt to the pandemic over the last year by offering a range of new services designed to help other companies through the difficult period.

These include advice around the furlough scheme and providing templates to help firms deal with managing vaccines, testing and anything else coronavirus related.

The firm was recognised for its efforts last year by being honoured at the 2020 HIVE In It Together Awards, aimed at championing local businesses during the pandemic.

Now with the crisis appearing to be abating, the company hopes to get back to more normal business practices soon and to expand further in the period ahead.
