Seizied: Audi which was abandoned after driver ran away from the police
THE driver of a black Audi ran away from officers who had concerns over the vehicle’s insurance.
The car was seen being driven along Ivinson Road in Darwen before it was established that no valid insurance policy was in place.
A police spokesman said: “Officers have today seized a Black Audi being driven along Ivinson Road Darwen with no insurance. The driver unfortunately didn't fancy speaking to our friendly Taskforce & quickly made off. If the owner of the vehicle would like it back, please contact Blackburn taskforce on 101.”
