Leading home repairs company, HomeServe, is set to boost employee numbers at its Lancashire base as it embarks on its largest ever recruitment drive in the north west.

Over the next six months, HomeServe is aiming to add another 102 roles to its Preston team, which currently employs more than 240 people across a number of customer service functions.

The company, which provides nationwide emergency cover for a range of home repairs services including plumbing and heating, is looking to recruit claims advisors to support customers through the entire claim’s process.

Lancashire Telegraph:

Head of Recruitment at HomeServe, Kasia Klunduk, said: "The key to our ongoing success is prioritising our customers’ needs and ensuring we keep their lives moving when they need repairs on their homes.

“These new claims advisors roles will, without doubt, be essential in helping us achieve that.

“This is one of our largest recruitment drives to date in the north west region, and part of an ongoing commitment to grow our presence in Preston and support the local economy.

“At HomeServe, we strive to make it a great place for everyone and we have a strong commitment to creating a workplace that is inclusive and diverse.

"We have a culture built on mutual support and empowerment that ensures our people can flourish, something that has been even more important whilst our teams have been working remotely.

“Successful applicants will receive full training to ensure they have all the knowledge and support needed to succeed in the roles, so we’d invite anyone and everyone who might be interested to visit our careers page to find out more.”

Lancashire Telegraph:

The role may initially be based remotely in line with the government’s coronavirus guidance, or depending on restrictions, at the firm's hub in Preston.
