A motorist was arrested for a drug driving offence for the fifth time in 3 months.
Lancashire Road Traffic Police said they stopped a Seat in Rishton last night with the driver testing positive for cocaine.
Police said it was his fifth drug drive arrest in the last 3 months.
Also, last night a driver of a Volkswagen was stopped in Blackburn and found to have a revoked licence and no insurance.
The driver was said to have a 3-month-old and 7-year-old were in the car. The car was seized with the occupants told to get a taxi home.
