POLICE have charged a man in connection with several offences following an arrest after officers found a suspect allegedly hiding in a shed.
Officers arrested a 28-year-old man, from Prescot, after an incident on Kingsway shortly after 11pm on Sunday (October 13).

Police, who were patrolling the area, saw a man at a property, who then made off into neighbouring gardens.
The suspect was eventually found hiding inside a garden shed, say police, and a man was taken into custody as part of an investigation.
Police have confirmed Daniel Yates, 28, of Hughes Avenue, Prescot has been charged with criminal damage; two counts of breach of a non-molestation order and the obstruction of a constable in the execution of his duty.
Yates was remanded in custody to appear in court today (October 15).
