CHEFS at two of Lancashire's finest restaurants can breathe a sigh of relief after finding out they have kept a hold of their Michelin stars for another year. The White Swan at Fence and Northcote in Langho have both retained their positions in the Michelin Star guide for 2020 - ensuring they keep their profiles as some of the best eateries in the land. Executive Chef at Northcote, Lisa Goodwin-Allen, tweeted about the news, saying: "Over the moon to retain our Michelin Star, massive well done to all of the amazing team." A spokesman for the White Swan at Fence also made an announcement, saying: "We are happy to announce that we, and Tom Parker (executive chef) have retained our Michelin star for a second year. Thank you to the Michelin Guide and all of our amazing customers."
