A DANCE group has become an Accrington accountants' new charity partner after dazzling their MD.

William Dyer was at County Hall for a Queen's Award for Voluntary Services ceremony when he first came across DanceSyndrome.

He was there as part of his role with Community Defibrillators for Rossendale.

And after talking with founder Jen Blackwell he decided to link up with the collective through his firm, Accrington-based William Dyer Electrical.

Mr Dyer said: "We recognise the exceptional work Dancesyndrome do for our community and are pleased to be able to offer some support and funding to assist the team to continue the fabulous work."

The charity stages inclusive dance workshops at several spots across Lancashire and the north west.
