Two men were taken to hospital with head and spinal injuries following a late night smash.
The crash happened just after midnight on Friday, on Colne Road, Burnley.
Emergency services were called to the scene, and the men, a 26-year-old and a 27-year-old from the town, were found on the side of the road having managed to get free from the vehicle themselves.
Crew Manager Kieron Ogden from Burnley fire station said: "We were called just after midnight to assist the ambulance and police.
"When we arrived we could see that one vehicle had been involved in the crash.
"We believe the car had mounted the pavement and hit a telecoms box and a lamppost before spinning around and crashing into a driveway where it came to rest."
One man, believed to have been the passenger, was unconscious and was treated at the roadside by paramedics before being transferred to Royal Preston Hospital with head injuries.
The driver was also treated at the roadside and was taken to the same hospital complaining of back injuries.
Part of Colne Road was closed off while police attended to the incident and made the carriageway safe.
Fire crews remained in attendance for around an hour and a half.
The road closure was lifted just after 7am on Saturday.
A full investigation into the crash is now underway.
