The Friends of Roe Lee Park celebrate being awarded a grant of £8,000 for the East meets West project in 2016
THERE will be the chance to meet a Blackburn Rovers player at a community fun day next month.
The Friends of Roe Lee Park group is organising the 'Make Some Noise' event, with the help of the Partnership with Blackburn Rovers Community Trust, One Voice, and Blackburn with Darwen Council.
There will be a variety of things to do, including a penalty shoot-out, fairground rides, a bouncy castle, arts and crafts stalls and much more.
The family fun day will take place at Roe Lee Park on Saturday, September 21, from 11.30am to 4.30pm.
