Police close off part of Haslingden Road in Rawtenstall
A road has been partially closed after a crash.
Police said Haslingden Road near All Saints School in Rawtenstall has been reduced to one lane after the crash took place at around 5pm.
A police spokesman said motorists have been advised to avoid the area.
