Cumbrian MP Rory Stewart is to resign from the cabinet after Boris Johnson was named Conservative Party leader.
The Penrith and the Border MP, who himself made it into the top four candidates, was International Development Secretary until today.
However he always said he would not serve in Mr Johnson's cabinet after clashing with his rival - who will tomorrow be confirmed as Prime Minister - over Brexit.
