Police have issued a warning
POLICE are urging people to report any suspicions after reports of bogus officials knocking on doors in Rainford.
Residents have reported being visited by men going door to door trying to sell items while wearing ID lanyards.

"Males have been going door to door trying to sell items to residents wearing ID lanyards.
"Call the police if you see suspicious people. Please spread the word. Don't answer the door if you're unsure."
