THE NSPCC is appealing for volunteers to help children speak out on abuse, bullying and neglect.
The charity's Speak Out, Stay Safe programme aims to visit every primary school in Cumbria at last once every three years.
NSPCC schools coordinator Sally O’Donnell said: “We have some amazing and dedicated volunteers throughout the whole of Cumbria, and they form such an enthusiastic team, but we need more people to help reach even more children over the next school year."
