MUSIC, food and entertainment were all on offer as a popular street fair continues to go from strength to strength.
The Montgomery Street Fair took place at the weekend with early estimates suggesting around 2,000 people enjoyed a host of attractions.
Mayor of Montgomery, Cllr Haydn Andrew, said: “It was a very successful day and everybody worked very hard for it.
“We have had early reports that 2,000 to 3,000 people were there, although that is a ‘guestimate’ I’d say there were at least 1,500.
“There were 17 different craft and food stalls, a dance academy, and a huge stage in the middle for ‘Monty’s Got Talent’.”
He added: “It was a shame the weather dampened things later on but there was something for everyone.”
